The Challenge
LiveGood is one of the fastest-growing network marketing and supplement brands in the world, with over 2 million members worldwide. But for new affiliates joining the UK network, the experience of getting started was anything but polished.
Information was scattered across Facebook groups, Stanstore platforms, and various third-party tools — none of it consistent, none of it particularly professional. The problem: most people joining a network marketing business aren't marketing professionals. They need a toolkit that works out of the box and represents the opportunity credibly from day one.
What We Built
We built a full-featured Progressive Web App — a complete affiliate marketing platform, free to use for all LiveGood Life GB affiliates.
The platform covers the entire journey from prospect to active affiliate:
- Dedicated landing page with a professionally produced video introduction — we handled the script writing, location, filming, and editing
- Lead generation webform funnel — capturing prospect details and feeding them into automated follow-up sequences
- Automated SMS and email sequences — all content written, configured, and deployed
- Free back office registration — open to anyone who signs up
- Restricted content access — back office features unlock progressively as affiliates become fully active LiveGood members
- In-depth interview with anchor presenter — fully scripted, filmed, and edited, giving prospects a credible and engaging introduction to the opportunity
- Training video repository — hosted via Cloudflare Video for reliable, cost-effective delivery
- Warm prospecting tool — with integrated SMS and email sequences for affiliate outreach
- QR codes and short links — per-affiliate dedicated landing page URLs for offline and social sharing
- PDF document generator — a customised 16-page document generated on demand via the CraftMyPDF API
- Profile management and link tree — each affiliate gets a personal profile page
- Back office support pages — reference material and guidance for active affiliates
Everything is provided free to affiliates.
How It Works
The platform is built as a PWA, accessible on any device without requiring an app store download. Prospect-facing pages are open and designed to convert — clean landing pages, embedded video, and a clear call to action feeding into the lead gen funnel.
Once a prospect registers, they enter the back office with limited access. Full feature access unlocks once they become a fully fledged LiveGood affiliate — a mechanic that incentivises conversion while keeping the platform useful at every stage.
Automated sequences handle follow-up via both SMS and email, reducing the manual effort on the affiliate's side without losing the personal touch. The PDF generator connects to the CraftMyPDF API to produce a personalised 16-page document on demand — a significant step up from the generic PDFs typically circulated in network marketing.
Video content throughout the platform is hosted on Cloudflare, keeping costs manageable and delivery fast.
The Outcome
LiveGood Life GB affiliates now have a single, professional platform that handles everything from prospect attraction to onboarding — consistent, branded, and built to a standard that reflects the quality of the opportunity itself.
The toolkit removes the need for affiliates to cobble together their own materials or rely on informal Facebook groups. From first click to trained affiliate, the platform guides the journey.
What We Learned
In network marketing, the quality of the tools says a lot about the quality of the opportunity. A fragmented, amateur-looking toolkit creates doubt before the conversation has even started. Investing in a professional, cohesive platform doesn't just make affiliates more effective — it changes how the business is perceived.
Building content into the platform — scripted video, written sequences, generated documents — meant affiliates didn't need to create anything themselves. When the barrier to getting started is low and the output looks professional, adoption follows.
